Jeff Morris grew up navigating two worlds. Raised in a Black community, then transplanted into an all-white neighborhood, Jeff became a cultural bridge-builder before he ever had a name for it.

In 1988, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps — training as a Marine Sniper, one of the few Black snipers in the Corps at the time. In environments where a single breakdown in trust costs lives, Jeff learned what it really means to be reliable, precise, and accountable.

That journey from cultural translator to combat-trained Marine to behavioral scientist is exactly why Fortune 500 companies, universities, and families choose Jeff Morris to transform how they operate.
